COPYRIGHT DECLARATION

 

​By submitting artwork or designs to Florida Custom Merch, LLC for reproduction or printing, you represent and warrant that:

​

• You are the creator of the artwork or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, reproduce, and distribute the submitted design.

• You understand that Florida Custom Merch, LLC acts only as a service provider and does not verify ownership or usage rights of submitted artwork.

• If a copyright holder or legal owner contacts Florida Custom Merch, LLC regarding the submitted artwork, you accept full responsibility and agree that Florida Custom Merch, LLC will refer all such inquiries directly to you.

• You acknowledge that unauthorized use of copyrighted materials may result in legal penalties and that you bear all risks and liabilities for the submitted content.

• Florida Custom Merch, LLC reserves the right to refuse to print or reproduce any artwork deemed obscene, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory.

• You agree to indemnify and hold Florida Custom Merch, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from the use of the artwork you submit.

 

By submitting artwork or placing an order through our website or other communication channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Copyright Declaration.

Additional Terms:

​

• We reserve the right to reject any submitted artwork that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory.

• If Florida Custom Merch, LLC incurs any legal claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) due to the reproduction of artwork you submitted, you agree to fully indemnify and hold us harmless.

Production & Payment Notice

 

Unless special payment terms have been arranged, we cannot begin production until payment has been received.

Please note that the following can impact your estimated delivery date:

​

• Delays in artwork design or proof approval

• Changes to delivery address after order approval

• Supplier stock availability

• Customer-requested changes to the order

• Carrier or shipping delays

• Late or delayed payments

Invoice & Credit Terms

​

• First-time orders are prepay only.

• Once your first order is paid on time, we may extend credit based on the dollar amount of your most recent paid order.

  • Example: If your last order was $2,000 and paid on time, we’ll offer a $2,000 no-interest credit line for 25 days on future orders.

• Invoices not paid within 35 days of the invoice date are subject to a 0.83% monthly finance charge.
