Before Proof Approval

Orders may be canceled and fully refunded before the proof is approved. If you decide not to proceed, please contact us immediately to cancel your order.

After Proof Approval

Once the proof is approved, we begin production, and orders can no longer be canceled or refunded. Approval of the proof confirms your acceptance of the design, layout, and specifications.

Final Product Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality products that match the approved proof. If the final decoration, print, embroidery, or other printing method does not align with the approved proof, please contact us within 7 business days to address the issue. We will work to resolve any discrepancies promptly.
